Clinical Note Header

When building a macro, ALL patient demographics should be selectable. Currently we have to build a custom demographic for something we're already collecting and double enter the information just to include it in the note. This goes for MISSION CRITICAL things like DOI (date of injury) and claim number. Similarly, you should be able to add patient demographic info (as above) to the header of the clinical note. Not being able to put a claim number or date of injury at the top of a note is a serious limitation.

when you click a smart button the the form takes a very long time to open fields. please fix this. also, this is a pattern, an "upgrade" breaks something. do better beta testing.

There should be an option to flip to the last and first page vs having to wait for each page to load to reach the oldest document or fax

There should be a way to create these things without having to make an encounter or add to office visit note all. Also a way to automatically pull diagnoses codes to said document. The funtion should be similar to how the referral option works but simplified with doctor signature auto populated.

I really try to design my templates to create very readable notes, but when I select multiple options using a Multiple Select Field, the options are only separated by commas which is not very naturally readable. Can you change the programming such that if two options are selected they are separated by an "and"? And if three or more options are selected, the early options are separated by a commas, and the next to last and last options are separated by ", and"? It would make the notes far more readable.
