I do not know why you have to mess up a good thing. There is no colors it looks like just a cheap app now. The navigation is so much more difficult because the font is large and there is no color anymore to guide you to easily hit a button. The menus are not integrated anymore seamlessly as you have to go to different screens to get to prior functions. It dilutes the strength of doctor Chrono and you're likely going to lose your customer base. Change it back@!!

Telehealth the unbranding of drchrono and rebranding as just another piece of the EverHealth family of “SaaS” software is NOT unintentional. This took serious consensus building death by 1000 meetings, hundreds of wasted dev hours and an outright insult of a Figma developed UI/UX. Embarrassing…
beyond the low-res, y2k feel, monotone icon set.
I can’t believe I volunteered to contribute my time my feedback and my 11 year experience with the old drchrono platform, countless zoom calls, renderings and betas…. To end up with this horrorshow.
Asked for three things in the header:
1. RT CHECK ELIGIBILITY- nope we got a static eligibility status for an irrelevant prior date
2. Send onpatient message. Nope.
3. Send Rx. Nope.
Still have more white space than used space. Longitudinal scrolling for overly verbose datapoints, and absolutely worthless icons that are barely visible, let alone intuitive as to function.
Heads would be rolling at Apple if they did this. Heads likely rolled at Netscape for same.
