Enhanced Reporting

Previously when I ran this report monthly, I was able to set a date range that would hold while I ran the report for all my individual doctors. Now, the report constantly returns to a 1 year date range default. Why anyone is looking to default back to 2024 I don’t know…. I see no reason anyone would. Also, once I set the billing codes I want to run the report for those should also hold for each doctor, and return to default “All” only if I leave the report and re-enter it at a later time. Please respond to me as to why you’ve set up this report as you have, and why anyone needs to run their report back a year to 2024. Obviously, anyone can choose to do so, but is that really the way most practices use this report. I would think most would want to see what they’re billing breakdown is month to month.

Instead of "+99" it is better to show the real number of messages pending, as it used to be

If someone adds new insurance information and does not add start date on insurance history, the default start date should be the time when the insurance details were added since it messes patient payments on old claims.

We are an integrative medical practice that prescribes both homeopathic medical-grade supplements and pharmaceutical medications. We would like Dr. Chrono to create a medication list that accommodates both documentation methods. Currently, there is no effective way to prescribe medical-grade supplements that allows them to be documented in the encounter note while also being visible to the patient in the OnPatient portal. At present, we send an email to patients with their medical-grade supplements and instructions on how to take them through the patient portal. It would be much more effective if we had two separate medication lists: one for pharmaceuticals and another for supplementation recommendations. Each list should include directions for how patients can take their supplements and should be easily accessible through the OnPatient portal.

Curious if Dr. Chrono is aware of the reports that are standard issue with the other EMRs on the market? Most EMRs come with ~50 standard reports—scheduled patients, missed appointments, charges, collections, rejections, days in AR, etc. etc. These are all missing in Dr. Chrono. I strongly recommend the leadership team review the reporting any competitor offers and start to build them out for Chrono users. It's been a BIG shock to discover there is virtually NO reporting in the system. We may have to leave the platform. Not sure what to do. Honestly in a state of shock to have an EMR with no reporting capabilities.

When the Day Sheet switched to the Financial Transactions report, we could no longer print a PDF - only export to Excel which makes our process cumbersome. Please bring this feature back.

We've had such a hard time with the daysheet pulling our data. We highly depend on collections on the daily throughout the month to reach goals. There needs to be a reliable way to pull this data without it being down as frequently as it is. We were unable to determine how close we were to our collections goal for the last few days of the month. And I'm unable to pull our end of month collections (broke down by insurance and patient) and charges for end of month reporting. The transactions report (that was recommended to use) does not give me the same data. :(

Lately my staff is noticing after they type anything in the notes or reason section of a patient appointment and hit save, they are not saving. It happens quite often, no matter what wifi/location, there seems to be an issue with notes being saved.

I have no idea why they changed how to add pharmacies, but the new pharmacy locator is horrendous. Utilizing it is impossible, when it worked great in the past. Now, if you put "HEB" and set the setting to "<5 miles" it will give you every pharmacy other than the HEB and pharmacies in completely different cities. It's garbage. And you can't even have a contact us button.
