Text to confirm appointments

Why can patients not confirm appointments via text? The website says this feature exists, but I don't believe it does.

Please allow option to automate every morning sending a Text to Pay to all patients coming in that have an outstanding balance.

Does anyone have access to the Text-to-Pay Feature?

I use DrChono payments and I have no options for this.
