Ever since the update on 3/20/25 with the Updated Group Header, we have had issues with scheduling appointments. The primary provider from demographics is no longer the provider that is pre-filled in the appointment scheduling screen. The provider that is in the dropdown is the provider that is prefilling. When contacting support they are saying that this is how it is supposed to work. That whichever provider is in the drop down, that is the provider that will be selected when scheduling the appointment. We have thousands of patients and 2 providers, both working in both of our offices. There is no way our staff would know which provider to put in the drop down to ensure the correct provider was being selected when scheduling an appointment. This is so ridiculous and I can't get them to understand. Will anyone that understands and is having a similar issue please contact support or comment here so they know this a real issue that needs to be fixed ASAP!
