Your new updates on the document sections are making us work slowy and ineffective. Do you mean to make this look terrible? The preview of the document is useless, we cannot use Ctrl function anymore to open the document in a separate tab; the tags are all showing from different providers from the previous system; the interface looks so messy; documents are hard to find because of the way the description looks; and everything is now loading with less sense why does it have to have a lot of clicks to use every function like editing, tasking, and deleting. The previous one was way way better.

The screen that pops up is too large and to edit an address: the screen that pops us you have to scroll down to even see the address change area, and then the popup to change the address is even larger, and you have to scroll again to see the buttons to either add address to history or change it. Too big too much scrolling to make a simple change.

Why does the patients demographic information now have to take up half the screen! Auto collapse them first rather than having them show. Viewing appointments are so now spread apart it is hard to view multiples. Scrolling down or viewing past appointment, the screen freezes and you have to refresh multiple times. The left side with all the choices should not take up half the page.

I read about the upcoming change to patient chart ID's: The new patient chart ID format will launch next month as part of the effort to prevent duplicate patient charts. Any new patient chart will use the new format — first two letters of last name + first two letters of first name + 8 random alphanumeric characters. Example: LAFIX60CE29C This is a HORRIBLE idea. The chart ID is long enough already but at least it makes a bit of sense. To change to 8 random alphanumeric characters is a huge mistake. We take online payments that need a chart ID. The chances of someone entering one of the new chart ID's correctly is slim. Please just leave this alone. There is no reason to make changes like this.

We mail out about 1500 statements a month - we have to scroll through 50 patients at a time to do this... why isn't there a SELECT ALL button!

Checking insurance all I do is copy insurance ID and date of birth into insurance company websites when checking for eligibility. Please put the insurance ID number in the header, and please put "copy icon" next to it as well as the Date of Birth. Also, please get rid of "Gender Identity Unknown" as most of our patients info was entered before this became a field. If this field is blank, then no need to display it.

I did not see Eligibility on other boards so just brought my question here. I am asking if there is a way for Chrono to set INACTIVE or PENDING insurance to another color (other than blue) so that it stands out if there is an issue with the insurance? Checking eligibility for multiple clients, your eyes get accustomed to seeing blue and sometimes the insurance has changed to INACTIVE but gets missed because it is not standing out. It would be most helpful and very much appreciated if anything other than ACTIVE was another color - maybe red.

Why is date of birth (DOB) not considered an important demographic. This is the THE important demographic after patient name. Our team has to constantly toggle back and forth between the two demographic tabs. Small, but annoying. Please move DOB to important. Or, get rid of important and just have a single page for demographics. Quick fix! Please!

Patient intake forms completed through OnPatient should be attached to the patient profile as opposed to the appointment itself. As it is now, patient forms disappear completely if the appointment has been cancelled or marked as a no-show even if the appointment is rescheduled. It is a great inconvenience to re-access the forms in that case. Instead, intake paperwork should be timestamped and added to profile (like the signed consents) so that if forms need to be completed again in the future, clinicians will know when the last forms were completed and be able access them easily if/when necessary.
