We mail out about 1500 statements a month - we have to scroll through 50 patients at a time to do this... why isn't there a SELECT ALL button!

The screen that pops up is too large and to edit an address: the screen that pops us you have to scroll down to even see the address change area, and then the popup to change the address is even larger, and you have to scroll again to see the buttons to either add address to history or change it. Too big too much scrolling to make a simple change.

Checking insurance all I do is copy insurance ID and date of birth into insurance company websites when checking for eligibility. Please put the insurance ID number in the header, and please put "copy icon" next to it as well as the Date of Birth. Also, please get rid of "Gender Identity Unknown" as most of our patients info was entered before this became a field. If this field is blank, then no need to display it.

I did not see Eligibility on other boards so just brought my question here. I am asking if there is a way for Chrono to set INACTIVE or PENDING insurance to another color (other than blue) so that it stands out if there is an issue with the insurance? Checking eligibility for multiple clients, your eyes get accustomed to seeing blue and sometimes the insurance has changed to INACTIVE but gets missed because it is not standing out. It would be most helpful and very much appreciated if anything other than ACTIVE was another color - maybe red.

Why is date of birth (DOB) not considered an important demographic. This is the THE important demographic after patient name. Our team has to constantly toggle back and forth between the two demographic tabs. Small, but annoying. Please move DOB to important. Or, get rid of important and just have a single page for demographics. Quick fix! Please!

Patient intake forms completed through OnPatient should be attached to the patient profile as opposed to the appointment itself. As it is now, patient forms disappear completely if the appointment has been cancelled or marked as a no-show even if the appointment is rescheduled. It is a great inconvenience to re-access the forms in that case. Instead, intake paperwork should be timestamped and added to profile (like the signed consents) so that if forms need to be completed again in the future, clinicians will know when the last forms were completed and be able access them easily if/when necessary.

It would be extremely useful and time saving if there was a button on the Remittance Report screen next to each remittance that could be checked as 'read' or 'unread'.

Can you create a custom text box that goes on the patient summary that we can put notes in about the patient. I need it to always be there but not for the patient to see.

It would be useful to have the date that a flag was submitted for a patient to be visible before the flag contents in the medical record. We end up manually adding the date fo the flag entry each time and it gives hisotral context as to when the flag was entered.

Having the vitals pdf go to the inbox is terrible. It adds so many extra steps to the process of getting this information.
