When building a macro, ALL patient demographics should be selectable. Currently we have to build a custom demographic for something we're already collecting and double enter the information just to include it in the note. This goes for MISSION CRITICAL things like DOI (date of injury) and claim number.

Similarly, you should be able to add patient demographic info (as above) to the header of the clinical note. Not being able to put a claim number or date of injury at the top of a note is a serious limitation.
