I understand that Dr. Chrono only allows clinicals/medical records to be sent for workers comp & auto accident insurance. It would be beneficial for the ability to attach clinicals/medical records for commercial and Medicare/Medicare Advantage Plans- it would allow claims to be processed more efficiently.

Auto Time with matching billing
we need a auto-time stamp on Notes for a 9am 60 min appointment: "Start time: 9am End Time: 10am " Then billing matches for the time, such that a 1hr block will be: 90837 60 Minute Therapy Thank you!

I cannot remember how to chart an injection in the chart. Please advise.

Is there any way to speed up rendering and signing?
The speed at which this process occurs is extremely slow compared to other EHRs. It has not improved at all in years. Can this be improved soon?

forms slow to load after recent "upgrade" to save notifications
when you click a smart button the the form takes a very long time to open fields. please fix this. also, this is a pattern, an "upgrade" breaks something. do better beta testing.

Hi the new orange support button at the bottom right corner of the screen blocks the ability to clinic on "edit" for the clinical notes section. Usually I work from the bottom of my notes and it is difficult to click"edit" on the lowest pt on the clinical notes list now that this support button is where it is

Attach notes to claims
Ability to attach clinic reports to claims to send to insurance companies to support charges.

On the IPAD it is easy to add problems to the Assessment. Great for billing etc. I wish the online version had that same option to add problems to billing. It would save so much time.

Document Manager & IncomingOutgoing Fax
There should be an option to flip to the last and first page vs having to wait for each page to load to reach the oldest document or fax

NEW AND IMPROVED IS TERRIBLE! HEADER TAKING UP TWICE AS MUCH SPACE AS OLD HEADER, WITH SAME INFORMATION>BETWEEN THE HEADER AND FOOTER< ON EVERY PAGE. ALMOST 1/3 OF THE PAGE AREA IS OCCUPIED. MAKE THIS SMALLER
