I did not see Eligibility on other boards so just brought my question here. I am asking if there is a way for Chrono to set INACTIVE or PENDING insurance to another color (other than blue) so that it stands out if there is an issue with the insurance? Checking eligibility for multiple clients, your eyes get accustomed to seeing blue and sometimes the insurance has changed to INACTIVE but gets missed because it is not standing out. It would be most helpful and very much appreciated if anything other than ACTIVE was another color - maybe red.

What screen are you talking about? The eligibility dashboard?
That feature buildout was a request of mine years ago, and it’s mired in half assed mediocrity. Every response is collapsed by default. And there isn’t even a column for the payer name.
Worst thing is how like clockwork, come 1st of the month…THE most important day for running E&B checks, something goes down, and it’s never drchrono or ePS. Always Availity or Trizetto (yet their own apps and portals work fine). Fix your elastic compute and API rate limits on the first of the month!! And enough of the Atlassian “it’s not us” templated jargon too!
