The financial reports provide corrupted inaccurate information for Provider revenue

SOFTWARE ERROR 1: Dr. Chrono is unable to remove DEMO data from clinic records.

SOFTWARE ERROR 2: Dr. Chrono implemented a FREEZE function that cannot be circumvented. Therefore, the DEMO data is FROZEN into the clinic data: Bogus money mixed with real money.

SOFTWARE ERROR 3: Dr. Chrono has a revert function to remove transactions, the result is that the DEMO (BOGUS) money (insurance payments) is reported in "CREDITS" as a negative amount. The consequence is that REAL insurance payments are reduced by NON-REAL DEMOS amounts that we are attempting to remove. The original DEMO payments were made at a time prior to our practice using Dr. Chrono is REAL TIME.

The consequence is that the REAL CURRENT provider revenue to be paid out to them is reduced by BOGUS DEMO amounts.

Support claims this is expected behavior. There is a substantial unintended consequence which corrupts current information.

These errors need to be corrected.
