Why do we have to add a fax # as a contact before sending out a fax? And why can we only send out a fax that is attached to a patient chart?

New DrChrono account. We imported our fax # and we are quite disappointed with the way the fax service is set-up. It appears there is no way to send a fax out with saving the fax # as a contact first (maybe we don't want to!), and additionally you can't send out a fax without the document being attached to a chart. Sometimes you have to fax out information that is not related to a patient, but maybe related to the doctors hospital credentialling, insurance registration, orders etc. For this reason, we've had to keep our previous fax service as a back-up for those faxes unrelated to a patient. We could just make a chart with a dummy name, like "OFFICE ADMIN" but this seems counterproductive.
