allowing the system to score, graph mental health (i.e. phq9) questionnaires for a patient chart would be useful, and having the questionnaires available as a stand alone document, not embedded in a note (for ease of reference). similar to lab feature. a step further would be to allow a manager to view aggregate scores for a provider to gauge clinical efficacy.
