Password requirements make it hard signing in to mobile app

I'm getting loads of complaints from patients about the onpatient password situation too.
For drchrono app, it gives me the option of getting the OTP from the authy app, or texted to me. When I go to the app, it erases the password I had previously entered, which makes a bottle neck. I've found that if I click to have the OTP texted to me, I can stay on the app login screen and just see the OTP when the text pops up. Maybe try that? It's still annoying (also annoying that theres no way to reveal password so I can check for typos), but it makes it at least a LITTLE easier.
