Fax Sorting

We have ten offices, each with their own fax numbers, and all ten fax numbers dump into the SAME fax queue, with no way to sort/filter by fax number. 
HOW? 
Why can't we filter at the top by fax number? This is crazy.

We are living the same nightmare since early Feburary. For 9 years, each provider only saw their own faxes and messages, and then on February 4th every message, fax, and refill requested started showing up in every provider's inbox. I've told them that it's made a dangerous situations because providers are missing important communications about their providers because they are buried under literally hundreds of messages. Zero progress has been made on fixing it.
