Different colors for billing on calendar. It would be super great if the appointments on the calendar had distinct colors that aligned with the billing status. Currently paid in full is green with white text, but all other progress is green with black text.

Not yet submitted or under internal review is the standard appointment color.

ERA Denial is also the standard appointment color.

Ideally the colors change with the status of the billing.
