In our old EHR, we could access all changes made to an appointment within the actual appointment. This would list which user made which changes and when. In Dr Chrono, you cannot do this straight for the appointment information. You have to go to the Clinical drop down menu, then click "Audit Log" and search for the patient and find all the activity that is related to that patient and appointment in the search/filtered results. It's extremely inconvenient when you are trying to do some quick investigative work which happens a lot if there is a problem with an appointment.
