I don't need AI to predict no shows. I need threaded portal messages. I need to not have to scroll through 5 years of activity log in order to get to the PDMP section. Or endless clicking to get from chart to most recent labs. I would also love to not have to spend time updating our own internal google document tracking help ticket progress, but since DrC took away that help ticket feature, that's what we have to do.
