I am a family medicine physician, and taking care of patient with pretty much common and straight forward cases a lot, such as giving flu shot or other vaccinations, student physical examination for quite healthy boys or girls.

If there is template chart form I can build up, it would really helpful to save time, and may focus on the problem the patient might bring in, rather than focusing on putting same information on C/C, HPI, and clicking multiple buttons on P/S, S/R, A/P and on billing page for same things repeatedly for each patient.

As each of the physician may have different format of chart note, it would be really nice to let each of their own format chart note be saved, and let then use the common form note again by pulling up from certain folder or pull down menu, and able to edit the chart note to fil to the character to each patient.
