There is currently no version of a form that can exclude medical record number / unnecessary HPI from the top and can be printed and provided to a patient for purposes of work / school / activity excuses. Has anyone found a workaround that doesn't involve paying for other platforms to do this function?

A work note form with a truly blank header option would be fantastic.
